What Is the Meal Nutrition Calculator?

The Meal Nutrition Calculator is an easy-to-use tool that helps you plan meals and check their nutritional content. It supports Food tracking by analyzing calories, macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fat), and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) in every meal you build. Whether you're meal prepping, monitoring your diet, or adjusting nutrient intake, this calculator can support your daily nutrition goals.

How the Calculator Works

You can build meals by adding foods from a built-in database or by entering custom items. Once your meal is created, the calculator totals all nutritional values and displays detailed feedback, including nutrient percentages, vitamin intake, and personalized recommendations.

Macronutrient Calorie Calculation:
Protein Calories = Protein (g) × 4
Carbohydrate Calories = Carbs (g) × 4
Fat Calories = Fat (g) × 9

Total Calories = Protein Calories + Carbohydrate Calories + Fat Calories

Macronutrient Percentage = (Macronutrient Calories ÷ Total Calories) × 100
